From the moment we walked into the Blackburn store, Aiden was a fantastic salesperson. Very knowledgeable and supportive without being overpowering. He gave us time to make decisions and good suggestions. He has restored our faith in Dreams as we originally vowed we wouldn't use them again after a poor experience in Bolton 5 yrs ago

Assistance given was just the correct level. Gave factual advice, and allowed my husband and I to discuss privately and try the different ranges of products suggested/recommend. . Felt assured and confident in advice which was given by Aiden. No high pressure to purchase which again eased us to purchase. We had planned to visit other stores/stockists but being happy with our final choice, we purchased promptly within our first store visit. This is unusual for me. I had done some research online prior store visit.

Suleman was such a great guy. He listened intently to our needs. we used the new computer system to ascertain which mattresses are most suited to us,k and he was so friendly, patient and approachable. We would recommend Dreams to family and friends.
