Nylah was fantastic, friendly, down to earth and so helpful. She built a fabulous rapport and made me feel completely comfortable. Her customer service is fantastic and she deserves recognition for this. I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped but he was also brilliant, he was a manager (sorry!)

The whole experience was extremely positive. I was unsure of the type of mattress that I needed and so the very pleasant and efficient sales assistant suggested that I use the machine that would calibrate my measurements. It told me that I needed a medium mattress(I would have chosen firm) and when I tried these they were extremely comfortable. I can’t wait to get my new bed!

The sales person was very friendly and attentive, and kept the cups of coffee coming steadily. The atmosphere whilst shopping was very relaxed and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a purchase.
