The member of staff in the Wrexham store that dealt with me was absolutely amazing, such a nice man who listened to everything I said , he was very patient with me and took his time to understand my needs. Sales assistant named Charlotte helped us a lot to choose the bed and the mattress as well. We did not know much about the difference in mattresses and Charlotte explained everything in easy and friendly manner. With her help we were able to find exactly what we were looking for.

I was greeted when I walked in and offered assistance. I explained what I was looking for and was taken to the appropriate section. I was offered options and explanations as to the differences. I was also offered extras I hadn’t considered. When placing my order I was offered bottled water and individually wrapped sweets.

Walked in looking for a budget but decent enough mattress. I explained our situation and that rhe one we'd wanted from IKEA was out of stock. We had a look round and found an ex display matress down from £1500 to £750 then £380. Perfect and just what we were looking for. The man that served us was knowledgeable and helpful and the girl the same. We also had a duvet, 4 pillows and a mattress protector all for an extra fiver. Could not have been happier with the service. Probably 'right place right time' but very impressed.

We were greeted very promptly by a member of staff who asked what we were looking for. We were guided to the wonderful bed diagnostic machine, given a pillow and asked to relax on the bed while it did it’s thing. We were shown various mattresses/bed frames, full explanation given on purchasing and other services provided. Very courteous, friendly gentleman, would highly recommend and would visit again. John and Jeff at the Wrexham store were absolutely superb: knowledgeable, attentive, respectful, professional, approachable, friendly. My partner and I were amazed at how very quickly and confidently we were able to order a bed which we knew was ideal for both of us. We particularly liked the option of the more environmentally sustainable mattresses, one of which we ordered. Together with the technology used to ensure the right bed options were selected for trying out during our visit to the store, the service overall was faultless. We will definitely be recommending Dreams far and wide!

Neither myself or my wife really knew what we wanted but Paul the Astor’s assistant took us through everything and helped us make a good decision. Wasn’t pushing the most expensive but gave us the facts and let us choose which was right for us.
