Jane, who served us understood and met our requirements. Whilst we were looking to make comparisons with other retailers, Jane made it easier to make our decision and not to look elsewhere.

My husband and I are both having back issues in our current bed and the sleep simulator we used to narrow down the perfect mattress was amazing. It gave us 5 to choose from. Obviously we could look at any mattress we wanted but the ones chosen were all lovely. The lady was very helpful without being pushy or annoying. She gave us all of our options without forcing anything and then left us alone to make our decision. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we need for our new bed. She was fab.

Staff very helpful and polite and not pushy, allowed us to walk around the store without feeling pressured but where on hand to help if we needed it. Very pleased with their customer service skills especially Laura. Would definitely shop at the store again. Thank you.

Jane the assistant was very helpful and listened to my needs. I couldn't believe how quick the delivery was going to be. There were no mattress protesters in stock and Jane told me they would put one in the post for me Brilliant. Thank you

the lady who served me was very helpful I used your machine to find my perfect mattress, she was lovely not pushy and knew her stuff, would recommend her and dreams to all friends and family.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely customer assistant. She was very knowledgeable and respected the Boundry of allowing the customer space to choose, whilst at the same time being there for support. The cleanliness and Covid procedures made us feel safe. Hot drinks were offered on arrival and whilst purchasing the bed. Multiple price comparisons were made by the customer assistant to ensure the best finance plan and taking the customer needs where the priority.

We walked into the store on a busy day (the last day of the festive period sales). We were greeted immediately, by Laura, a really friendly, knowledgable customer service representative. We explained we didn’t know a lot in terms of what we needed and Laura told us about the bed we could lay on to work out which mattress we would need. She then spoke to us in depth and took us around to look at and try what would be best for us.

The lady staff Lora was so helpful and had good knowledge of all products she was not pushy but completely helpful and patient credit to the company and made the buying of our bed very good and professional experience to which we are very grateful.

Paul the salesman was very understanding as I struggle to manoeuvre and to breathe as I have cancer of the lungs.he took the time made me a coffee and sat with me until completion of my experience choice and purchase of a new mattress
