Paul the advisor listened to my health issues he then assured me that he would be able to help. He was extremely professional and had a fantastic knowledge base of your products. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he made a difficult decision much easier. Overall it was a pleasure to shop in Dreams I highly recommend your Plymouth Coypool branch.

We were highly satisfied with the experience at Dreams because Jane (Plymouth) came almost straight over but not pushy at all. We said we wanted a single mattress for my son that was with me, age almost 14. She spoke to him and myself, took time to see what he thought he wanted and then suggested a few to try. We found what we wanted and ordered it all, in good time. We weren't kept hanging around. Jane was friendly and knowledgeable and made it all very quick and easy.

Adviser was very knowledgeable and gave precise, professional but friendly advice.

We were welcomed into the store and the assistant was most helpful after finding out what we ere looking for. I think she was called Sophie but am not sure.

Great customer service from the staff

Upon our arrival at the store, Paul gave us the warmest welcome and really made us feel at home. He offered us drinks and gave us a ton of knowledge on the items we were interested in. He made our transaction quick and painless and had a laugh throughout. Overall very pleasant experience, would highly recommend to everyone.

My husband and I visited the store after researching mattresses online and deciding on one in particular. We were greeted upon entering the store by Razi, who asked if we needed any assistance. We explained we were looking for a particular mattress and Razi showed us to the range we wanted, Flaxby. Razi explained he didn't have the exact one we wanted in store to try but went to seek advice from a colleague Jane, to confirm which would be the best for us to try. Jane made a few calls and we tried the mattress suggested (and liked it). Razi then suggested we try the machine to assess us, and this was very helpful and within minutes it had selected the one we had gone in to buy. We placed our order and were informed about the protector, which we purchased on Razi's recommendation, and he also explained the cover to us, and again we felt we wold benefit from taking this too. Razi also told us about the 'take away' service for our old mattress and we booked that onto our order as well. We were in and out in under half an hour and felt completely comfortable and not pressurised at all. Well done to the Dream Team at Dreams Plymouth, Coypool.

The woman who dealt with us went above and beyond to find what we was looking for. She was well mannered and polite, and also gave us enough space and time to make our own mind up with what we wanted to purchase.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Knew their products. Laura who dealt with us couldn’t do enough to help us but wasn’t pushy we felt we made the decision we wanted. Really positive experience
