On entering your Plymouth branch we were greeted by Paula who instantly was very welcoming without being over powering. After being allowed to browse at our own comfort we then welcomed Paula's assistance and proceeded to tell her our thoughts and requests for a brand new bed and mattress. After showing us numerous suitable beds we then got fitted for a mattress on their in store fancy computer fitting system which helped us narrow down our choices. We soon found a suitable mattress and a bed we fell I love with, so much so we ended up buying 2 bedside tables and the matching blanket box to go with it. All in all, both my wife and I were extremely happy with our experience at Dreams and especially the helpful and personal service from Paula who literally couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend

Very friendly staff that can't do enough for you, I was even offered a complementary tea or coffee. The staff listened to what I needed and found the best bed for me at the right price.
