The service we received was excellent. The sales advisor, Laura in the Plymouth (Coypool) store, was superb. She was very knowledgable of all the products, wasn’t pushy or forceful and recommended all options based on our preferences on quality, budget etc. We intended to shop around, Dreams was the first store we went in and purchased what we needed, due to the excellent value for money products and superb service.

Paul advised and assisted us well and obviously knew the products assets. He was helpful and gave an excellent service.

Laura was a fantastic employee. Came straight over and assisted us with all we needed.

Staff were very helpful. were available but not intrusive, explained everything very clearly and then left us to make our own decision with no pressure a practice other retailers should follow. We felt safe with the Covid measures in place. Staff were very knowledgeable. We would definably return. We shopped at Plymouth Coypool store

Being able to have 100 days to test the bed is a what made it for me.

Robert explained differences between products clearly and gave us the information across our budget, sampled different pillows which was very helpful and informed us of the benefits of each. Very pleased.

Fantastic well knowledges team. No discount offered though other than standard from silent night so pricing is the only reason you didn’t get high on all

Greeted by Paula who listened to my requirements and showed me various options around the store. As I am soon to be moving house, she found me two different beds that met my tight delivery deadline and helped me choose mattress style, divan fabric grade and advised what headboard colours were available The store was clean and adhered to covid distancing measures. I was offered bottled water whilst the order was being processed. Am very satisfied with the service and the product and look forward to delivery of them. In addition very pleased to take up bed/mattress recycle opportunity and was given covid safe covers to wrap them in for collection. All very satisfactory thank you
