Paula was ace. She was patient and attentive to my partners needs as she has back problems. There was no push to sell and she listened and gave feedback when requested. In fact, I asked her to come work for me!

We recieved help immediately from a very friendly colleague who helped us find the right mattress for myself and my partner who both have bad backs. She was very knowledgeable and was happy to wait for me being indecisive and gave us time to discuss alone with my partner. We even got a hot chocolate whole we discussed! Thank you for your help. Very excited for the delivery!
