From first calling to see if there were any mattress toppers in stock and speaking to Rob, to coming into store and having Paul as our salesman everything to help us decide was in place and thought of.

Extremely satisfied with our shopping experience at Dreams Plympton, Plymouth. Not keen on pushy salesman but Rob was informative and knowledgeable without pressing us to purchase. Made our purchase after a short time away from the store and extremely happy to do so. Currently awaiting delivery in a week or so but highly recommend the store, it's staff and the overall shopping experience. Well Done!

As soon as we walked into the store, Paula and later on Laura were very helpful and understood our needs.

On visiting the Plymouth Plympton branch Sunday 9th May we were greeted straight away by Mike who helped us with finding the perfect mattress. We were torn between the silent night and tempur and with mike's knowledge being so good for the tempur mattress and how he spoke so highly of it we just couldn't turn our backs on it. There was no hard sale or push Mile simply said if tempur feels twice as good then silent night for you then it's worth it if not then it's not simple as that. This is such a breath of fresh air when purchasing something really important to not feel pressured at all. Ordering and purchasing was all plain sailing with a few little extras included, bonus! I would highly recommend the team at dreams and especially Mike! Thanks again.
