Experience with shop staff was good. It was when I had delivery 3 weeks later I had probs. 4 of the wrong castors so could not put bed together. Stayed in all day just for an hours job. it is now nearly 5pm and still no correct castors. Where I am sleeping tonight is anybodies guess. Quality of bed base is appalling. Staples poking out, no uniformity as to where they are put in. Total rubbish for price. A 2 yr old could have put the staples in better. Also..£150 dearer than another shop I visited after placing order. Would def. not recommend quality but all staff are too good for the company.

I placed our order around 12.30 p.m. on Boxing day. On returning home I looked up the reviews on the product I had ordered and found it only had 2 stars out of 5. I was concerned about this and phoned to cancel my order at around 5 p.m. I was told it was too late as order had been processed. I was offered the opportunity to return the following day to choose another mattress, but unfortunately I was ill the following day and unable to do so.
