The service was as expected. They were busy and did not have enough computers to deal with each customer waiting to be served. We had visited the store previously and knew which bed we wanted. Did not need any help with selection. Price was not any better than any other store we had visited. We just liked the look of this bed as it suited the other furniture in our bedroom.

Item difficult to assemble..when removing packaging a staple cut my sons hand open. The headboard does not fit snugly, it wobbles everywhere and therefore I dont feel it was worth the £299 we paid for it, my husband will have to find an alternative way to fix it on.

Service & knowledge at the shop where I purchased the item was very good. The following day I `phoned & upgraded slightly & also took out insurance. A mattress protector was included & I was assured it would be sent by post asap. Today ( 07/01/20 ) the mattress was duly delivered in the time slot allocated, by 2 very polite & cheerful men who struggled in my small cottage. However, the mattress protector still has not arrived & the clear explicit instructions I gave at the shop where I purchased the item, on the delivery route was NOT passed on to the delivery men. As I live in a fairly remote village on the edge of Bodmin Moor, itwas important that these instructions were passed on as Sat. Nav`s. are unreliable as are the mobile `phone connections. Thus, both myself & the delivery men were both frustrated as they could not find my cottage & the mobile `phone connection was terrible. I feel that as a customer, as long as I bought something, interest by the company then stopped. I wonder if the fact that I did not buy anything in your "top of the range" (my product was modest) that customer satisfaction became irrelevant.

I brought all previous paperwork from a purchase made years ago and repeatedly told them that the massage WAS in the mattress and was repeatedly told by the staff that it was in the bed,. When I got home I was right it was in the mattress and had to cancel the order. I argued during this phone call because I could not get a full refund without me travelling an hour to take back the free mattress protector and free pillows WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR. I am disgusted with the treatment I have received from this Company.

On the day of delivery bed did not turn up so rang store and found out it was due in 10 days as salesman put the wrong delivery date. When bed did finally arrive I had nearly finished building it when I realised it wasn't the ottoman bed we'd ordered but a cheaper sprung slat. Also the sleep tracker we were offered never turned up
