I am not prepared to give a highly satisfied mark u TIL I have received delivery of my orders

I viewed a highly rated mattress online that I would have liked to try. As it was not available we chose an alternative, but very satisfied with the service received.

Long wait for delivery

I wasn’t made aware of how long it would take to deliver my bed before I made the purchase

The card reader printed your copy of the receipt but not my copy. I still do not have a receipt showing that I have paid in full. I do not know if you are going to resolve this.

Free pillows would have been a nice gesture. Having spent so much on bed, mattress, headboard, mattress cover and fitted sheet. The shop next door (furniture village ) was advertising free pillows

I went in to try a matress but it was only available online so could not try it out

selection and purchase was extremely easy

I was only shown higher priced mattresses even though I said that I had a budget and they were unable to do a degree of I bought the bed and mattress together I bought the bed but got my matter elsewhere, for a much better price. the lady was helpful but she just didn't seem to understand that I couldn't afford what she was showing me.
