We went into dreams to purchase a TV bed. We spoke with Paul who we found very pushy. We dorky purchase because if that. We went back two weeks later and Paul approached us and he was pushy and rude. We left and went to benson's but didn't have the product we wanted. We went back to dreams and dealt with nikki who was brilliant and understanding of our needs and didkt rush us. When we back the next day after sleeping on it to deal with nikki but Paul was trying to take over from her. Luckily a customer came in that needed Paul so nikki could sit down with us and complete our order.

Bought a Harrison’s bed which was expensive but we were told it was gold standard. When got home reviews only gave it 3 out of 5 with some concerns raised about the quality of the product. We are hoping we will be happy with it when it arrives.

1. We were given 2 free pillows but charged for 2 pillows. We did not ask to buy any. The pillows came in a pack of 4 which we did not realise. 2. Owing to the interest free credit system not working properly I was in store for too long and could not wait to get home. But sales assistant was brilliant. The system / your IT was the problem.

Its difficult to assess until we receive the product at our home

Our assistant was friendly and shared with us product knowledge. He identified our needs and was not pushy in his sales approach. We new we needed a mattress but did not consider pillows which he allowed us to try different ones resulting in us buying two of the most expensive. However, when we were completing the paperwork next to another couple the sales rep was talking about payment options although these were not discussed with us, we had already decided we would pay in full, the other sales man was saying words to the effect of 'if I was trying to sell you something I wouldn't be a salesman' I can't recall his exact words but it made me feel less comfortable as I felt he was trying to sell them something that was not in their best interest but would promote a larger sale. I do understand this is the job of a sales assistant but I felt our assistants approach was more honest by meeting our needs and allowing us to choose and not being actively being sold anything just advised allowed us to make a confident choice. Also we would be more likely to return to buy mattress covers and other items after the bed arrives.
