The product we chose was not one recommended to us but we were overall very satisfied

I was highly satisfied!

I rarely give a top score . That aside, Paula was an excellent ambassador for your company. Giving us all the information we needed as well as the time to 'try' the various mattresses. She was informative without being pushy.

We were generally very satisfied with the service receive,d EP specially the customer service from Paula, but were only disappoint3d by the fact that the matching ottoman chest was not available with the bed and bedside cabinet combination that we wanted in our chosen colour scheme.

We went to various furniture / bed outlets, we expected to see a competitive market with four stores within 200 metres of one another. After comparing the items and prices we were satisfied enough to return to the Dreams store to make a purchase. I expect sales staff to be friendly, knowledgeable about their products and helpful to customers. So, we were satisfied, we received what we expected, no more, no less.

Because nothing was outstanding, previously purchased a mattress from another dream store and had better friendly service. The sale assistant we fairly new in the job and did a good job.

The service I received was whats expected

Size of the bed was really important and only later on in my visit did I understand that I needed to buy a divan bed instead of anything else in order to keep the size down to a minimum.

I would always like things to be cheaper 😊

I haven't received the beds yet, so cannot say what I think of them. They will be delivered soon.
