As there was a sale on the colleagues were fairly busy having to deal with all aspects of customer needs. Just having a few more colleagues would of maybe helped out and then the colleague dealing with myself would of been able to stay with me rather than being pulled away. Also having picked one of the most expensive mattresses! To hear it wasn’t in the sale was a bit of a deflation, I think it would be good for the colleague to ask if there’s a price range to stick to rather than just take you to the most expensive range, which was without a doubt done on our visit.

We were highly satisfied! The staff were friendly and knowledgable. They talked us through all of our options, made us coffee and gave us time to try the mattresses without being pressured into a sale. When we were ready to place the order it was all very easy and again, friendly and knowledgable. The only thing I ticked satisfied on was the price- we bought an expensive mattress that was actually a grade up from the one we wanted but the one we wanted had a pillow top which we weren’t keen on. The next one up didn’t have this top but obviously we had to pay more for it which hurt a bit! All in all though we really like the plymouth store and the staff were all lovely and seemed happy to be there which is a sign of a happy working environment so well done them!

I have no negative feedback by the professional and friendly approach offered by our advisor and the assistant manager. We were made to feel totally welcome and at ease in a unhurried manner or pressure sale. What let the experience down was that one the matching furniture was out of stock and that we were advised of a potential sale and that the current promotion might end so do t leave it to long. This was my reasons as to not highly satisfied.
