I was highly satisfied the only issue was that the order would take a month and a lot of extra charges but that comes with quality products. I am statistics and happy with the customer service and Jane and Rob really were helpful as we were looking for a specific bed that would be long lasting and good for ones health

The Overall experience was very good, but the pillows we used in store compared to the ones purchased were not the same (although told they were). We should be able to test the exact same ones, we have gotten these home, thinking they were the same, they are definitely not. Only other point is delivery leadtime. Which to be fair was explained to us while going through the purchase, so not stores fault.

Store unfortunately had power surge so unfortunately only one till in use which meant we had to wait a while to pay for our mattress.
