I was satisfied overall. In some instances I have marked Highly Satisfied. This is not a criticism but to give a "Highly Satisfied" score something would have to be truly exceptional.

Not happy with the discounts , ie said would you like item delivered next Saturday to which we replied yes . Then told usually for Saturday delivery there is a 9 .95 charge but will let you have it for free. We didn’t need it for the Saturday but felt you were trying to make yourselves seem better. And we wanted to upgrade mattress proctor which was 70.00 and we were told you can have if for half price 35.00 but offer was on for 20 per cent off it anyway . We had been to bensons for beds so dreams were trying to match price but I think we were mislead with discounts given but not taking into consideration offers on in store when buying a mattress .
