Bought a mattress and 2 pillows worth 99 pounds. Later forlund out that the same pillos costs onlu 89 in benson for beds. Paid 20 pounds extra just for 2 pillows. Not sure how much i paid extra for the mattress, i didn't check it because i didn't want to be more disappointed. Staff who assisted us was so professional and heldfull.

Assistant was excellent and knowledgeable but found dreams a tad expensive but purchased a bed anyway. But as it was there on the floor it was a pain to have to wait a week for delivery

My first name was used for my surname, not sure why? I have contacted the company who said I would receive a corrected email the following day. One week on that has not happened.

Lack of the type of bedframes I was looking for, this is understandable with limited space instore, maybe a screen like I've seen in other stores would be an advantage, would also assist staff in selling products that are on the website, store is dated in this way. Staff are very helpful and your biggest asset, if it wasn't for them I could have gone elsewhere.

Being satisfied is nothing to feel down about. Chill out a bit and accept this as a compliment:). If I were to offer an improvement it would be to say more staff were needed at the time we were in store but then we didn’t know how busy it was for the rest of the day
