Brilliant service given by a lovely young chap called Brogan, and also we were not rushed into buying anything!!!! Very friendly chat and in depth chat about Cryonics!!!! After we had finished discussing the best bed for my damaged back! Very happy with the excellent service we received.

I visited with my wife and Josie helped us initially. She was very kind, very smiley and pleasant, keen to help us, and certainly knowledgeable. She was able to narrow down the selection beds based on our needs. Mat, the manager, was also extremely helpful and nice to us. He gave us a small discount to help us with our significant investment and talked us through all the advantages and disadvantages of our alternative options. He is certainly very patient as he waited in store until 21:30 for a credit approval in order to complete the order and he did not show, not for a moment, any "negative signs". Instead he was very friendly and was chatting with us. I certainly commend him for his approach and thank him and Josie for the lovely experience.

There was nothing unpleasant about our visit at all however there is always room for improvement and being highly satisfied indicates that there is no improvement that could be made.
