Salesman knew what he was talking about regarding Mattress, he gave us a firm quote as we were undecided on purchasing. On returning to store another Salesperon helped us and we completed purchase. Then come back and spent even more!!

Matt was incredibly receptive to our needs and his wealth of knowledge concerning mattresses is expansive and his non-pushy approach was greatly appreciated. As a result of his customer service alone I didn't want to leave without buying something. He's a credit to your team.

Everything was wonderful - I was muddy and sweaty from a park run but this wasn't a problem. All of the staff that I spoke with were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

I had two visits to the store to decide on my mattress. Both times the same person.. Brogan helped me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and offered a drink without invading my time to consider options alone.
