We were impressed by the store layout and the attitude of the staff

When we arrived the assistant was very friendly but not pushy. Gave us the information we required and pointed out the mattresses we could try. Answered our questions and then left us to decide.

we were going to shop around but the advisor gave us time and effort in the shop so we just bought our bed on our 1st shop visit, we didn't go anywhere else, although we spent more than we allowed :)

Very friendly, understanding and made us a cup of tea she also helped me find the bed what was best for me and I found one.

Friendly staff who knew exactly what we were looking for and guided us to the mattress we wanted. No waiting when we entered the store being approached by a member of staff immediately. Having taken a photo of our existing mattress he knew exactly what it was and pointed us to the nearest replacement (bearing in mind that the old item was 15 years old!) The only down side was the 10 day delivery for an item 'in stock'

The colleague who served us was very knowledgeable about the beds and very pleasant when dealing with us.

From the moment we walked through the door - Matt - asked if he could be of assistance. His knowledge of the product range was outstanding - he helped us with lots of questions and advice that we had. The staff around were hospitable and we were offered refreshments whilst we made our decision. We were not rushed into making a decision and the order process was seamless and explained in detail. We would definitiely return to Dreams for future purhcases. Highly commend the Plymstock Branch on Coypool Retail Park.

There was a comprehensive range of beds to choose from, something for every taste and budget. We were given the right amount of information when needed then left to explore the options available. At no time did we feel pressured or feel as if we were being directed in any specific direction. We felt the choice made was our choice and was exactly what we were looking for

Brogan the sales assistant was very helpful and friendly with a high level of product knowledge. He was happy to explain how we should review the products and try them out but gave us the time to make our own decision but available for further help and assistance when we we asked. A great asset to the store.
