We had excellent service in respect of prompt attention, product advice and information and product knowledge. At the same time we felt under no pressure and were able to decide for ourselves which product best suited our needs. We felt that Paul quickly understood our requirements and showed us enough suitable products and provided the information we needed to decide which mattress to buy.

The time spent with us and help and advice given from the store assistant Paul wasn’t rushed and we didn’t feel pressured to buy on both visits and all questions asked by ourselves were answered which helped us in our purchase !

The assistant Paul was very good. Not too pushy, and knowledgable. We were allowed pleny of time to browse and received some useful advice.

Dreams assistant Jane greeted us on arrival into the store, we told her what we were looking for, she listened and explained about each mattress and invited us to try a few that suited our needs. We were not rushed at all in making our choice. The actual transaction was a easy to go through, helped with a very welcome cup of coffee. Jane was a pleasure to deal with, a great asset to your team
