The sales assistance was really friendly and explained the whole process of ordering a bed and the different options for bed bases. The lady (Molly from Plympton store) answered all our questions and was very professional.

I went to the store with my wife and 2 young childeren (2 and 4 years old). The store was very friendly and there was entertainment for my 2 young ones while my wife and I could learn and choose the right bed in peace. We had no idea about beds when we walked in, the knowledge of the people working here was second to none in my view. My wife and I were very satisfied and are happy that we have purchased the correct bed from the guidance we received. Even the option to change our mind after 30 days of receiving our bed is a good bonus. Also the service we were given was more for making sure we were getting the right purchase than selling us the most expensive bed in there. We were offered a drink while we were choosing. All in all a good experience and would recommend to start here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, i knew what i was looking for as i looked online first so when i was approached by a member of staff she took me to the bed. She asked me about mattresses i told her my price range and choose one.

Jane who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable and just let us take our time to browse before helping us further with the eventual decision and purchase. We weren't rushed into a choice and we passed the time there talking over various scenarios and pros and cons on which mattress was right for us.

Paul was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable we were given all the information we needed a pillow to use trying the beds and a nice mug of coffee we had plenty of time to make our decision without feeling harassed ,we were offered all the optional extras but didn't feel pressured into choosing them,we probably spent more than we intended but I think we made the right decision with Paul's help ,I look forward to receiving our new bed and many blissful nights of sleep

Paul was very knowledgeable about the products and advised us wisely. We were very confused by the internet and recommendations by Which magazine.

The Colleague who served us, Matt was possibly the most knowledgable, attentive and patient slaes rep that we've ever dealt with. We entered the store having visited Bensons beds across the road, were the service was ok but not a patch on Matt. once he'd introduced himself and established what we were looking for he advised us to start off with the mattress and to try out the various options available and despite our initial dubiousness proved to be spot on and once we'd decided on the Tempur we moved on to the firmness where we took our time sorting out the most suitable and he then gave us various pillows to try out. Once we'd decided we moved on to Shades and bed styles which was fairly easy. we have an issue with space so the Headboard was a slight problem but again he took his time and tried to sort out a narrower option to fit our space. Matt then printed off the details for us and we "adjourned" home to Remeasure the space to confirm our choices. I then returned back and placed the order at 4pm. despite the lateness of my return and the fact that he was going on leave from 4.30, Matt took the time to talk me through all the options with insurance etc with no hard sell

The assistant was very good ,polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Store was well laid out, colour coding is a good idea.

Upon walking into the store we were welcomed with a big smile and a helpful manner from Paul, his first words were I’m not going to sell you a bed I am going to give you the information you need to make a decision on a bed you would like, he wasn’t pushy or didn’t try and push the most expensive product on myself or my partener, he made trying out beds fun and an experience, my partner and myself were very happy with the service we received and because of Paul is the reason we would come back to dreams
