we were greeted by Josephine we explained what we wanted & were shown everything we required given a cup of coffee while the order was arranged all in all a very easy & satisfactory experience.

Paul's knowledge was superb and he spent lots of time with us helping to understand our needs. Nothing was too much and it felt like we were the only customers he had to deal with all day. Left us thinking that was the best customer service we've ever received!

Didn't feel at all pressured by any of the sales staff. Were excellent advice re range of products and then given time and space + refreshments to make decisions, try out beds on our own. Sales staff were at hand at all times to answer queries.

Jane was very helpful explaining the different mattress types and the colour coding used to identify the beds, she provide us with a pillow to ensure we had the correct posture, and indicated which mattresses would be suitable to meet our needs.
