Paul gave us a nice greeting as we walked in. Showed us around to find our dream mattress with a nice pillow. He made us a tea & coffee while we carried on looking around upstairs in the store.

This is the first time someone took the time to explain the different type of mattresses. Our sales assistant Paul was friendly and we felt under no pressure to buy.

I was served by a trainee his name was Adam he was so relaxed he told me from the start that he was a trainee I was very impressed that he had no problem to ask for help when he needed and the manger guided him through it and Adam was relaxed so well done Dreams for having a manager who makes his trainee able to ask for help from the beginning I believe Adam will be assets to your company well done if all your shop have manager and trainee like these 2 I will let all my family and friends know about the good service

The staff (Adam,jane,paul) were all helpful and explained all the processes. Didnt make me feel pressured into making a purchase

We were greeted immediately by Paul. He was super friendly & ready to help even though initially we were just browsing. He made effort to ask appropriate personal questions in order to understand what we were looking for & help us choose the right mattress. He had some interesting facts about sleep, posture & positioning that he was keen to share with us. A very pleasurable experience & so happy we left with an unexpected purchase.

The sales team were very helpful but not overpowering. We were left to browse but staff were readily available to answer any questions we had. The advice given helped us choose the bed best suited for our need rather than what we thought we wanted. We are very happy with the service received and the product knowledge of the sales team.

Jane was more than helpful. Any problems soon ceased to be problems. She is a credit to your organisation.

Very knowledgable and helpful staff

Knowledgable staff that took the time to understand our needs and gave us good advice when it came to purchasing the right mattress and pillows for my wife and I. Felt no pressure to buy if we were unsure about the products, no pressure to buy anything more expensive than we needed. No pressure with time while we were testing out the different mattresses and pillows to find the right product for us.

Matt was extreamly helpful and friendly. He gave us all the information we needed to know but also gave us space and time to think about what we might like to purchase with no pressure. Then had a lovely cup of tea and a nice chat whilst we finalised our order- which was ver quick. We really enjoyed our shopping experience and would recommend Dreams to our friends and family.
