WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SALES PERSON JANE WHO PROVIDED US WITH THE ANSWERS TO THE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD AROUND PURCHASING A TV BED. SHE SPENT OVER AN HOUR WITH US GOING THROUGH HOW THE BED OPERATED AND THE TV WHICH WAS SUPPLIED AND HOW TO OPERATE IT. THE BED WAS EXPENSIVE AND SHE WENT THROUGH THE EXTRA INSURANCE THAT WE TOOK OUT AT THE SAME TIME AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS IN GREAT DETAIL. WE DISCUSSED MATTRESSES WITH HER TOO AND SHE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE.

I was very happy in the store with the assistance and expertise of Brogan.

We kind of knew what kind of bed we wanted before we arrived and it was right in the door way and on special ...the staff were very helpful too

I was highly satisfied by our visit to Plymouth Dreams for several reasons: We had some time to browse before we were approached by Matt who then asked for our requirements. Having listened he showed us the options available to us for a new mattress/bed. Explained the details of the makeup of the mattress etc. Also explained the 30/40 day exchange system if the mattress was not suitable. Matt gave us plenty of time to test out the mattresses without being obtrusive. Having discussed again our options/requirements and that the difference in price between a new mattress versus a complete new bed (with storage), we decided to order a complete new bed. Matt then also took the time to discuss various pillow options depending on how we each slept.

Matt in the store could of not been more helpful. We were not pushed into buying at all. He give us first class information on the items we asked him about. He gave us all the information that we required and then left it up to us to decide. No hard sell at all.

came into the store with no idea what I wanted Paul the guy who served me was very knowledgeable and we were able to find what I wanted .

Matt was very helpful and through the information he gave us we purchased a mattress that we had intended to buy elsewhere.

Staff were extremely informative and helpful let us try different products and there was no rushing us or making us feel obligated to purchase anything a delight to shop and looking forward to having lots of lovely new dreams thank you dreams
