Adam seemed to know the service which Dreams offers very well. He let us know of all the extra services he could offer to make the experience of getting a new bed as simple as possible. Adam did everything possible to understand my needs in a bed and showed me all options available to me. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Adam today and would recommend Dreams to anyone. Well done Adam!

Excellent choice and Adam who helped us was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Impressed with the 100 night return policy on the bed and how quickly it will be delivered to us.

Treated by friendly staff, Adam was new to the job but listened to our needs, explained the different types of mattresses any question he was unable to answer he asked a colleague and came straight back with the answer. We were impressed with how quickly the bed could be delivered. All together a very positive experience and we will definitely recommend one use the store again for future purchases

We were met on arrival, the sales person listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations. I went to look at products that were suggested and then when I had made a choice the sales person offered me coffee while we completed the order

it wasn't a bad ordeal like i was expecting, the salesman adam informed me he was now now needed some little help on small things but i never felt pressurised into making the purchase, he was a credit to your company and will not hesitate in coming again when the need arises thank you dreams and most of all adam

Paul greeted us and sought to know how he could best help us and was very good at understanding our needs from our new bed.

Our salesman Brogan was very professional and Knowledgeable and wasn't in the least pushy. A credit to your training system on par with his desire to learn the trade and pass on the knowledge to us in order for us to make our decision.
