Store was clean well laid out and the assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I’ve seen on website but like to go to Dreams warehouse to look and see. We both very impressed about it all.

My husband and I entered the store, I'm sure looking very puzzled at the choice in front of us. Matt came forward to welcome us and talk us through firstly what we required and then the different options available in a very professional way. We tried out the different beds and were then allowed time to talk through the options with a cup of coffee before receiving a quote. We were both very happy with the whole experience.

Upon my visit with my daughter and grandchildren to the Plymouth store, I was welcomed by Brogan and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and he explained the colour coding of the beds and invited me to try any of them. He then left me to try them which I appreciated as I do not like pushy salespersons. When I had decided with the help of my grandchildren, Jane offered us coffee and juice for the children! Brogan then explained fully about delivery, guarantees, finance etc and I can only say the whole experience was like a family gathering, even if I did have to spend a lot of money! Adam who I believe had only been there three weeks, took my grandson to look at a bed with a tele on the end of it and had great discussions about gaming etc. All the staff were very kind, caring and attentive and I would recommend your Company, particularly the staff in your Plymouth store and the way we were treated to anyone wanting a new bed.

We were greeted by Jane as soon as we walked in the shop. She was not only friendly, but explained everything in a very professional and easy manner. She was also very patient. Encouraged us to try out the beds, offered pillows and answered all our questions. Jane also offered us coffee whilst sorting out our purchase. The store was very welcoming and easy to look around. All in all a very pleasant visit.
