Nicky has only been with your company for 5 days and was very helpful. Any questions we asked that she could not answer her self she sought advice from her manager.

We were just looking today but after speaking to the salesman we placed our order without looking in other shops or stores. Totally impressed.

I was greeted warmly at the entrance, and after explaining why I was there I was shown options for a new mattress and the relative design of each. A drink was offered, and Josephine was very helpful.

I felt able to go to the store and be provided with all the information needed to go away and make an informed decision. At no point did i feel pressured to buy although still feeling like a valued customer.

My partner and I have been looking for a bed for the past month. By far Dreams was the best customer service especially Jane. Jane asked me what I was looking for and her knowledge on mattress and pillow is highly expert. I felt that she was not forcing a sale but to help improve my sleep and my life. She was very kind, compassionate and non judgmental of my medical conditions. Jane let us be trying out mattress and pillows left us to it which we preferred instead on someone standing at the end of the bed like a seargent major (like the other service we experienced in other stores). Jane also made us aware that we could pay for assembly service which is great saves my partner the stress. The store as a whole was a calm atmosphere and friendly helping each other out. Dreams- you should be proud of your Plymouth store they are all an asset to your company.

We had no idea the best type of for us, my husband suffers with severe back problems and requires a firm mattress, I , on the other hand do not and find our current mattress uncomfortable to sleep on. Jane, our sales adviser talked us through the best types of mattress for my husbands condition but that I would also find comfortable. We tried many beds and found the one we liked. I loved the tempur pillow Jane had given us to try with the beds that much I purchased one. Jane was very knowledgeable of the product range and offered advice but was not the usual "pushy sales" type person which I much prefer and as a result we bought not only a mattress which is what we had initially gone in for but a bed frame, headboard and pillow. I was really pleased with the service and discounts its just a shame that I have to wait nearly two weeks for the bed even though it was the stores' ex display bed. If you could reduce delivery time I would class purchasing from dreams an excellent experience.

Your staff, Adam, was very helpful and friendly to my daughters, unlike Bensons Beds where we visited first. Spoke directly to them both and provided assistance in choosing the matress (and pillow) right for them. Very good knowledge on the beds. I believe he recognized that all though i was paying it was their decision on the beds, so treated them as the customer. Excellent customer relations skills and a good balance of time spent with us, a massive difference compared to your competitors who lost the sale. Even convinced me into buying a pillow too. A very happy customer and parent.
