entered the store and we were allowed to browse unhindered with the assistant telling us to take our time and she was there if we had any thing to ask on picking a bed we were pleased how quick and easy it was completed thank you dreams

The lady who served us was named Jane and she was absolutly excellent and very friendly and very helpful. we could'nt fault her or the store.

We were greeted by the Store Manager who handed us over to Molly the sales colleague who was very helpful in pointing out various options for the product that we were wanting to buy.

That sales staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly yet gave us the space and time we needed to make our choice. Our options and choices were explained clearly but we did not feel pressured into anything. The whole experience from start to finish was relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you.

We were assisted by Jane who listened to what we were looking for and went out of her way to find us the best option.

From the second I walked in the store the staff were very friendly and listened to my needs and helped me to make comparisons by giving me a pillow and asking how each bed felt . I returned in a few days with my husband and the salesman spent a really long time with us and was very knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process of choosing a bed which would be right for us, taking into consideration my own problem of waking with very uncomfortable back pain caused by my current mattress. He offered us coffees which we didn't take but was very impressed with. The main reason that I returned to the store to make my purchase was because of the staff .

Was the only place I could find a child's bed made of wood.

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful even to the point where I was waiting for measurements from a family member at home l was offered tea or coffee very friendly team it's a shame other companies don't learn more from your company

I received helpful, patient, understanding and knowledgeable advice with no pressure. Delivery was also efficient with helpful information when needed. If I am happy with my purchase, I would do business with Dreams again in the future. Many thanks to the Dreams team in Plymouth.
