Brilliant customer service and very friendly staff

The gentleman who approached us in the store gave us 5 minutes to walk in the store and start looking before approaching us. When he did, he was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. He was of great help and made sure he asked plenty of questions to understand what we were looking for. We did not intend on making a purchase today but we were so pleased with the service provided that we secured a deposit.

The staff were polite , very helpful and knew what they were doing , very professional . I would recomend your store if asked .

We did not intend to buy our bed that day but to just shop around. We had seen the advert on TV and whilst looking for something totally removed from beds (wheels and Tyres for daughters KA) we saw your store and decided to have a look at your products. Your assistant Adam was polite on the ball and listened to what my wife wanted whilst I went and lay on the beds. Between them with a small bit of input from me we chose and bought our bed which is a first, as usually I have to make about 2-3 forays into any store before we buy what we want We were offered tea and coffee, could try any of the beds were shown the different types (frame ,Divan, Pull up storage, because you can never have enough storage and was offered the option to buy new Bedding and Pillows and because I had been a good boy I was given a lolly by another member of your staff. The experience was great and would have no hesitation in recommending your Marsh mills Plymouth store to anyone.

We were greeted on entry to the store - the salesman introduced himself and offered his help. Paul was very knowledgable about the products. He spent time finding out out needs and showed us different options. He then gave us time to ourselves to discuss and experiment with the different mattresses.

Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Provided with suitable pillow whilst trying out mattresses. Given plenty of time to make our decision before purchase. Swift delivery date. Store clean and airy.
