Very helpful and friendly staff

The lovely. Bubbly Nikki made are experience of buying are 1st new bed so exciting. 40yrs married always had hand me downs !!!Her knowledge was great, first asking us I'd we knew what we had in mind ..she took it from there..we even had a coffee !!! THANKS NIKKI @ DREAMS..I will say too the manager was on the ball aswell. Sorry can't remember his name!

Spent 2 hours trying different beds as unsure what we wanted. Nikki was very knowledgable of all the products. Had great patience and let us try many beds and pillows until we were satisfied with our choice. She offered us tea, coffee etc a few times and we enjoyed choosing our new bed.

Paul was exceptionally attentive, not at all pushy and generally made us feel very welcome. His product knowledge was excellent.

WE ONLY CAME INTO THE STORE TO PRICE UP AND GET IDEAS FOR REPLACING OUR DIVAN\ HEADBOARD, BUT DUE TO THE CHOICE , FRIENDLINESS AND SERVICE RECEIVED BY MOLLY WE PLACED OUR ORDER AND CAME AWAY FEELING VERY SATISFIED. WE WOULD DEFINATELY RECCOMMEND YOU AND RETURN IN THE FUTURE.. THANKYOU MOLLY.

The store was nice and clean, loads of selections of beds and mattresses etc. The staff were friendly and approachable, they didn’t pounce on us as soon we entered the store, gave us plenty of time to look around and then helped us and answered all the questions we asked and not to long with the delivery date.

I was quite fussy, looking for a small double with a particular though vaguely described frame. The time was taken to go through all of my options, what was and wasn’t available and to arrive at a great and reasonably priced purchase.

The member of staff, Jane, was very approachable, not pushy in any way, was very knowledgeable regarding the mattresses and very easy to talk to.
