Good service, very informative, bed well packaged when delivered

Nikki was an absolute gem. I went into the store not having a clue what bed would be right for me but left having placed an order for just what I was looking for (and a couple of heavenly pillows!). Nikki was friendly, knowledgeable and personable - I will certainly be sending any friends looking for a new bed her way...

I was served by Nikki Belding at Plymouth retail park store & she’d only been there 11weeks & she knew everything about the products. Her service was professional, efficient, kind & very engaging

Paul greeted us as we entered the store asking what kind of mattress we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. He also explained all the different kinds of mattresses in store and let us test them. He brought us a pillow over and told us not to rush and answered all our questions. He kindly offered us a drink and even though we didn't want one at the time, said we could ask for one any time if we changed our minds. We also met his colleague Nicky who kindly let our grandkids use the staff loo and gave them a lolly each! They certainly left the store very satisfied! All in all a really pleasant experience. Didn't feel pressured at all. My mum in law told us to try Dreams as we hadn't been before. We'd certainly recommend Dreams and would visit again if we needed anything. Thank you!

Adam spent time getting to know my needs and was very knowledgeable about the products and what would be best for me. He took his time and was able to answer all my questions. He made me feel at ease about taking my time and asking questions.

I had looked on line for a new mattress but wanted to see it , feel it and try it out before buying and going to the Dreams Store I was able to do all that which ended in me purchasing .

We are highly satisfied with every part of our visit to the store. Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly and his interactions with us felt verg genuine. He was knowledgable about the products and gave us plentg of time to discuss what we wanted. At no point did we feel rushed or pushed into any decision. He was fantastic and i will be phoning up to complement the store on our service.

We were given plenty of time to examine and test as much as we wanted to. advice was given as required but not pushed. choice was very good and quality was evident.

Quick and easy, very helpful even with my 2 year old involved

We were met almost immediately and come away with exactly what we wanted. good service and knowledge without a hard sale.
