The assistant was very kind, seemed genuinely interested and provided a lot of help. We had our two small children with us and although they were as well behaved as under 4s can be, all staff were patient and accommodating and we felt welcome throughout.

The sales assistant was extremely friendly and helpful and also helped to entertain/occupy our children whilst we choose the right matress!

Staff member Nikki was very professional and knowledgeable of our needs and the products available. Very friendly.

The assistant knew which products best suited my needs and was able to offer a quick delivery. She was kind, considerate and courteous. It was a relaxing experience - especially good to be offered a cup of tea and juice for the Grandchildren who were actively encouraged to do some artwork on a nearby table. I look forward to returning in the near future.

The sales assistant was brilliant. My partner and I weren’t too sure what we were looking for and the lady shown us quite a few beds. Explained the different mattresses, gave us drinks. Tried out a range of pillows. Basically had her complete attention for at least an hour and nothing was too much trouble. What an asset to the team. Cant remember her name but she is an ex police officer. Couldn’t have asked for better service

Adam the gentleman who served was very helpful he knew what we wanted and gave us every assistance in finding a product to suit our needs he gave us a lot of helpful advice and went beyond what we would normally receive from a salesman nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked him about he could help us a very helpful gentleman all round

We were left to look around without being harassed but were helped when needed at the end. We were impressed with the selection and the prices. We were given a good deal on pillows and duvets at the end and a very quick delivery date. There was nothing more we could have asked for.

We went in just for a browse as we were in the market to buy a new mattress, we'd already been to a local retailers and had a good idea of the mattress we were going to purchase, but just popped in as we were passing to see others products before we ordered, just to be 100% sure. We were very impressed with the initial service as soon as we walked in, the service was very polite as we were explained how the store was set up and were given a pillow for us to try all the mattresses we wanted. We apprecriated the none "hard sell" approach and felt very happy to be walking around trying the mattresses.

Very highly satisfied with the young salesman, Adam who was so helpful and courteous throughout the two days of shopping with him, making us feel well at ease with our discusssions. He will go far in his career if he carries on in the way he dealt with us. Very pleased.
