Friendliness , knowledge of products, ability to assist with constructive input, ability not to pressure and leave us to try beds and think for ourselves....these qualities all went to make our purchase enjoyable and efficient.

On entering the store and were greeeted and welcomed by Jane.She was very professional at her job and explained all of the colours regarding Firmness etc of each mattress.When placing our order with Jane we were offered tea or coffee and had a lovely conversation with her to find out we were both born in Norfolk.We would certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family.All staff members were very friendly.

mainly the professional help and knowledge of the sales team being friendly and helpful even at closing time on the Saturday placed order on Sunday on our return
