The sales person who assisted us in plymouth branch Nicola , was very helpful , allowing us to take time to decide and try different matress in store . Nicola listened to what we wanted and didn't push us to purchase anything which wasn't suitable or in our budget

Matt was very friendly, spoke from experience of which mattress he was using. He showed us the various types, then when we had selected a type, he gave us options to make firmer or softer and even asked what type of bed we have to go with the mattress and advised that it would actually feel softer due to a slat bed than they do in the shop. Shows he knows his stuff and allowed us to make a more informed choice so we knew how it would feel at home

Very friendly staff who were willing to help with all queries. From the moment that I entered the store the staff were attentive without being too in your face and the knowledge provide was excellent. as were the prices for the products purchased.

Hugo was so friendly, welcoming and understanding. He was really dedicated to finding us the most appropriate products to suit our needs. He was extremely knowledgable about the products and the current offers to give us the best deal. I have already recommended to family members to visit the store and ask for Hugo to help them. I usually find this kind of shopping a chore but Hugo made it much more manageable to make decisions on products and even a happy event. He was not pushy with sales and I trusted his recommendations. Really looking forward to receiving our new bed in a week! Brilliant delivery times on all products. Thank you.

The lady called Jane went out of her way to oblige all our requests for a new bed and was very helpful in providing a pillow for me to lay on as I suffer from worn discs in my neck and back.
