Paul was helpful, gave advice as required to what type of mattress suited our sleeping positions. He allowed us to browse and try at our convenience. Processed the order effectively. He offered drinks and lollies for our children, checking with us first. He was also very good with our kids and inspired them to colour while processing the order.

The assistant Paul was knowledgeable and spent time to satisfy our needs.
