Was served by Paul who listened to our needs was very polite and helpful and his product knowledge was excellent, nothing was too much trouble

Staff were helpful and friendly. They suggeted options we had not thought of when we were not totally sure which option to go for.

Got a beautifully comfy mattress coming, may need to adapt your questions on delivery as we told next Monday so not yet arrived but questions assume we have had delivery. Assistant was brilliant and gave us all our options with no pushiness x

I was greeted by Nicola on arriving at the store and I felt she was very friendly and knowledgeable and was happy to talk through all options available to me. I’m very indecisive generally but Nicola made my visit to dreams very easy and straightforward and therefore I was able to buy a mattress and pilllows which are right for me

Very informative salesman - not pushy -understood the medical problems involve and advised us accordingly. If Paul the salesman's attitude is standard then ALL your staff deserve praise. He went above and beyond the treatment we've had from other companies. We will definitely use Dreams again and recommend them to all our friends.

The Plymouth store was beautifully laid out,well lit and sparkling clean. It was well staffed and we were given the opportunity to look around before the salesman (Matthew) approached us to see if we needed any help. I do so hate it when salesmen pounce as soon as you enter a store. He advised on the best bed for the type we had chosen and was thorough and clear in his advice and recommendations. He had good product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Prompt assistance from Matt the salesman whose timing was impeccable, not too quick after we entered the store, but prompt once he saw that we needed assistance. His product knowledge was excellent, and all our questions were answered. Placing the order was quick and our rights and responsibilities were explained. I was particularly pleased at being given an option for delivery dates which was very important to me. The store was beautifully laid out and made for easy product viewing. (Plymouth store) I enjoyed looking at the different beds.

Molly at the Plymouth branch was very helpful and informative without being pusheee!!
