The salesperson greeted me straight away and was very helpful, she made me feel welcome and comfortable.

We were clear with Jane from the start, we have no idea what I need in terms of a mattress but we are certain what we have currently is not good for us. Jane had us try out a range of mattresses, and different pillows to really ensure we ended up with the best product possible for us. Her knowledge of the products was fantastic and this has really helped us come to the right decision quickly without having to do lots of research and possibly end up with the wrong product anyway! Thank you

The assistant (Jane), was very helpful and knowledgeable but not overpowering, gave us time to make our minds up, we did go away but she gave us all the information we needed , if we wished to phone up rather then come back, on our return later that day she was very quick and informative in finishing the sale.

We was browsing for beds. Jane made herself known to us and was really helpful And polite. She listened to our needs and wants and told us what and where she suggested would work for us. She let us go off and look and try what we wanted. We choose to have lunch and think about our options as we had seen a bed in benson for bed. But we chose to go back to Dreams as we really liked the bed and it had a great price tag on ... when we returned, Jane was busy with a customer so we browsed more and found the perfect mattresses for us. As soon as Jane was free she came over and listened to what we choose and then helped us chose and gave great advise on mattress protection and a new duvet. Overall we had a fantastic visit to dreams for the first time we have brought a bed !

Very friendly and understanding staff. Gave us time but was not pushy. When I called the next day with a query about my purchase, Jane was very reassuring.

We were served by Paul who was very knowledgable and equally as helpful. In fact he came up with several ideas for us to assist us in sorting out some problems we had. In fact nothing was too much trouble for him

Nikki served me and was brilliant, her knowledge was brilliant and she was patient. Great personality and made the experience a real joy.

From the initial greeting through selecting the bed then mattress the experience was 2nd to none. Paul greeted us quickly his professionalism was apparent when the 1st bed exceeded our expectations, he then offered us a drink showed us a number of mattresses giving us a pillow and leaving us to try each out for as long as we needed. During this time he kept an eye on us and appeared at just the right time for any advice we needed he also involved other staff appropriately. At no stage were we pressurised into buying and the complete experience made us feel like valued people not just another customer.
