The lady who helped us was absolutely amazing! We went away and looked at some other shops and returned almost entirely because the service at Dreams was so much better.

I visited your store just to get an idea of what I wa spooking at and the price range of materesses. Once I entered the store I was greeted and offered assistance. I wasn't sure on what I was looking for, but your staff were more than happy to help me and narrow down my search for a new materesses. The staffs knowledge of beds and how they suit each body was excellent. Vikki who served me had the answers to all my questions without hesitation. She offered drink and pillows for when I tried the materesses out. Once I was settled on a style she helped me find a suitable bed in my price range she even offered extra discount to help with the price. I had the idea to go into dreams to find a materesses and then try to find the cheapest option, but after the high quality service I received I didn't even look online to see how good my deal was. I will highly recommend the store and staff for all family and friend and I will be returning for more products

it was explained very clearly all about the different mattresses and how they would adapt to your body, where the pressure points were and how to get the best mattress for us. Made us a nice cup of coffee with a general chit chat (not just about the product.. which sometimes can bore you to tears that all you want to do is go home) Information about the products was clear very happy with the service we received and the product we bought

Very helpful friendly staff.

Our sales assistant Paul, was very helpful and showed us plenty of products! He was good fun and made us laugh! We even had a cuppa tea!! Fantastic customer service thank you!

On entering the store we were met by an assistant named Nikki. She was very helpful and friendly and her knowledge of products available was excellent. On Nikki's advice and by trying out various beds we made a very satisfactory purchase.

the customer service assistant Jane whom served us was extremely helpful and found the right bed we were looking for. She gave us plenty of advice, was friendly but not at all a pushy salesperson. All the staff were very friendly and even made us a coffee!

Great service, great selection, great advice and very friendly!

We were looked after by Jane on this visit and were both very impressed with her approach, with both of us commenting on how nice she was, how much time she took to get to understand our needs and situation, and her product knowledge. We had been to a competitor earlier in the day and both felt there was a lack of enthusiasm there, and a level of desperation for the sale. We felt none of this from Jane or her colleague in your Plymouth store. We were treated like humans, given our own pillows to wander around the store with, and even encouraged to have a friendly pillow fight!
