I was greeted really well and had a lovely girl serving who seemed to know a lot. She made me try out each mattress and was very helpful in every way. I decided very quickly which one to buy as it was very accommodating. I was very impressed with cleanliness, particularly in the toilets, as it was spotless.

Jane Parkin was welcoming, took time to listen and understand our needs and assisted us throughout the process of choosing a mattress and pillows. She provided information about the mattresses that assisted our decision making; she was knowledgeable about the products and really seemed to understand our different needs. She was friendly but professional in the way she managed the sale and explained the finance options. A helpful presence without being pushy. A cup of coffee was much appreciated and the whole experience was pleasurable and stress free. We would definitely shop again at Dreams and recommend to friends and family.

We were greeted quickly. We were at the store to buy a single mattress for our 7 year old who was with us. The gentleman Spoke to her directly. Involved her and let her lie on the beds to choose the most comfortable mattress. She felt involved. Was comfortable and we believed she therefore chose the best option. The lady at the counter was also engaging with our daughter. And we didn’t have to wait long to pay and sign the forms. We were also initially quoted 4 weeks but you were able to get the mattress delivered in 2 which was perfect for our timeframe. Very pleased with the whole experience and we will definitely return when purchasing our elder daughters mattress in the new year.
