I knew what I wanted and the sales assistant got exactly what I needed. She didn't try and push me into buying something else. Bought a mattress from yourselves last year and now I've bought the base. Price was cheaper a few weeks ago but still good value for money.

Fantastic customer service by Molly at the plymouth store. Didn't drown us in sales speak and was down to earth and New what we needed to help with our back problems.

Great customer service! We had a problem with paying with a debit card and credit card but Jane was very helpful as well as the manager with sorting this out for us very quickly!

On entering the store we were quickly greeted by Jane and she explained the best way to find a suitable mattress. Whilst in the store she gave us time to try many different mattresses and offered additional help as we wanted it.

The sales assistant (sorry, I've forgotten her name) was very patient as I paid three visits to the Plympton store before I made a decision. It was nice to be recognised when I entered the store and that I could speak to the same person each time.

We visited the store on three occasions whilst deciding on a new mattress/ bed. Nicola was always helpful and explained the differences of items available. We felt there was a lot of information given in a pleasant way and she always had time to discuss our concerns and answer our questions.

Staff were helpful

There was a wide range of products to try and consider. The assistant was informative and knowledge, and listened to our feedback and gave helpful options. She gave good input, but also allowed us space to think and talk. She also provided me with a herbal tea from her own resources which was very kind. The company seems generally fair minded and considers the impact on the environment as much as possible in its manufacturing and deposable of old mattresses. This I liked.

Upon entering the -Plymouth, Coypool- store my partner, daughters and I were all greeted with smiles and offered drinks. Sales Adviser -Paul- made our experience very pleasant, keeping our daughters entertained and happy with colouring and other sorts as we tested out different mattress' with the pillows selected especially for us and our sleeping postures. Paul was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient!(2 + 5 year old daughters!) and i would highly recommend Paul and the store to any of my friends and family. Outstanding customer service and knowledge. Thank you so much for making our time with you a good one! (Matt from Carpet Right was absolutely awful.. he could do with a few tips from Paul!)
