Nikki came over to us and gave us a warm welcome and offered us a hot drink which was really appreciated. She took the time to explain the ranges asked if there was anything specific that we were looking for, explained what type of mattress needed to alleviate aches and pains and Nikki then took us to memory foam which is what we had in mind. Told Nikki our budget and she took us straight to the perfect product which I had no hesitation in purchasing. Nikii explained the additional cover which I didn’t hesitate at as it is brilliant and also upgraded the mattress protector for a nominal amount. Absolutely fantastic member of staff who is so warm and welcoming and definitely listens to the customer and isn’t just after the sales. Nikki is a total credit to your company and I will definitely recommend both Nikki and Dreams to family and friends and will be back in 8 years time if not sooner

Extremely happy with my visit to Dreams , The sale assistant Nikki was brilliant , listened and advised us on the best possible match for me and my partner , was friendly and very good at her knowledge off the products , the rest off the team was also brilliant with my daughter who at the time was very tired but kept her entertained. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a very happy and pleasant assistant, called Jane. She was very professional in her approach and very knowledgeable about the products. We were then allowed to peruse at our leisure but she was on hand for any questions. She even gave us a pillow for comfort whilst trying the mattresses...excellent attention to detail. We decided on a product and there was no forced sale on her part...we were totally informed of every aspect of our purchase and left as extremely satisfied customers.

All the staff were friendly without being pushy. There was a good range of options for us to consider. Altogether a pleasant experience.
