I was very Impressed with Paul he approached me very quickly upon entering the store and was very friendly he offered me and my friend a cup of tea and even suggested I could bring in my wallpaper for my newly decorated bedroom so I could find the right bed to match it - a very personal service

All of our questions were answered by Nikki who dealt with us. She was very friendly and helpful. We were offered a hot drink whilst we visited and tried out the various matresses.

I went into dreams to buy a matress I had seen online. When I saw some prices of the mattresses I was shocked that people would pay so much. After meeting Paul he explained the importance of the right mattress for yourself and how it benefits you. He was so knowledgable and filled me with confidence. So I brought a lot higher quality matress as I felt completely confident in what he was saying and can’t wait to have the right matress for myself!!

Quick and efficient staff and ordering process

Very friendly and helpful staff. Would have liked the mattress delivered a little earlier than the 7th January, which is not at all the fault of the assistant. Would recommend.
