Wonderful service. Very helpful, polite and curtious. A lovely shopping experience. All the staff were very friendly.

I was approached by Nikki to assist me within a minute or so of walking in she paid attention to my son he is 8 and obviously this is not his idea of fun !! Her product knowledge was great and if she was unsure she found the answer for me . Ì didn't feel rushed and I really felt like Nikki understood my needs and was happy to help me understand what was important to look for in a bed and what I actually needed .

We were promptly greeted by Dean, who was very friendly and offered us all drinks and even a lolly for my daughter! The service from start to finish was excellent and knowledgeable.

Shop assistant's knowledge of products was extensive and he showed us several options to satisfy our needs.We then felt very pleased with our purchase and can't wait for our mattress to arrive.Thankyou Dean!

I managed to find exactly what I was looking forwhilst visiting your dreams store. Jane (dreams staff) was excellent and superb at her job. Giving me total confidences in the product I bought. I will most definitely be returning to the store and speaking with Jane for any future products I may need.

We were given loads of helpful advice. The staff were all very friendly. We had time to look without feeling pressured into making a purchase. There was a good range to choose from.

We were approached by an assistant (Nicola) who was friendly and courteous. "You look confused, can I help?" she asked. She listened very well and efficiently helped us find what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the products. We quickly established a rapport, had a fun conversation and we trusted that she had given us appropriate advice to meet our requirements. Nicola was a definitive factor in us going forward with our purchase.

Initially, I was helped by the manager who gave me clear guidance as to the kind of mattress I might need. Then Nicola (NIKKI) came to help me and I was given her personal attention to try out different mattresses. She was informative and gave me time to think, try and ask questions about all the choices. so that I was fully informed about all the options before I made my decision about my purchase. Her knowledge and help was exceptionally good a and I am delighted with the purchase I have made today. I feel confident that I have made the right choice for me, largely due to the careful attention and help I have been given by Nicola and the manager of Dreams.

The instore offer regarding the items we purchased surpassed any that was on offer in our city. We visited several stores which stocked the items we required. The service we received was first class in that the colleagues was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and she spent considerable time ensuring that we purchased the items that were suitable for our needs.
