helpful assistance with good advice for my needs

From the time we got in we were dealt with in a professional manner and given time alone to discuss things,didn't feel rushed or pushed into marking any decision

The assistant was pleasant, knowledgeable and was happy to spend time with us to find the right mattress.

On entering the store we were welcomed by the assistant. After letting us browse for a while a gentleman came up and introduced himself to us. I think he was called Paul, he asked us what type of bed we were looking for and what we are sleeping on at the moment. He then gave us a pillow each and took us around to all the beds he thought would suite our needs. A very good variety, after we decided on a couple of beds he left us alone with a cuppa and said to keep trying the two to see which one we preferred. We decided on the one we wanted and then paul dealt with the transaction. We were very pleased with the way we were treated as we did not expect this when we were going to look for a bed. We will highly recommend your shop to our friends and family. Thankyou.

I was very impressed and enjoyed my visit to such a realy nice and very friendly inviroment . Nicola was so patient and I did not feel at all obligated to buy a mattress, I felt more that I was being helped to solve my problem. It is comfortable in the thought that if my choice was wrong,I can change it with the try it for 40 nights. I asked for advice when i went into store because i suffer with back problems. Molly the assistant who served me took time to tell me which product would be more suitable for me and showed me a range of different ones.

Everything was as you would expect

I started initially looking for a sofa bed Dean was extremely helpful, but although the product I was looking for was ideal the delivery date was too far away for my needs. Dean then asked if I was looking for anything else, I explained I wanted a new mattress. He asked questions about my price range & what sort of mattress I might be interested in. He then offered to show me what was available & indeed let me try them. We started at the most expensive first & then worked down the price range. I was already interested in the most expensive, but he insisted I try the less expensive ones as well before I made a decision.

Shop assistant listened to our needs and gave us time and space to make decisions. We did not feel pressured into making a decision. Thanks for the cuppa!

We new what size and type of bed base we wanted but were not sure of which mattress would meet our needs. The lady that helped us (Jane) took time to explain the different options available, how we should try the mattress and helped us to make our final choice.
