Everyone at Dreams were welcoming and happy to help. They all interacted with our overtired and overexcited 18 month old which really helped our visit to be stress-free (or as stress-free as it could have been!)

The assistant was extremely helpful without being pushy in any way. We were shown the various products available and told the benefits of each. Given pillows we were able to roam at will from product to product before making up our minds. Absolutely no sales pressure, which we like.

Helpful, friendly, informed staff

A pleasant welcome in store. Tea and coffee were offered. Polite enquiries were made by staff about our requirements, the colour codes were explained , then we were left to try out the beds that were available. We felt comfortable taking the time that we needed to make up our minds. Staff knowledge of all products was excellent. When we finally made a choice, ordering was an easy experience. Jane was very efficient and made the whole experience stress free. We would recommend Dreams to anyone who needs a new bed and we will definately use them again ourselves
