I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, easily, and Dean was very helpful with being pushy

The customer advisor was Jane, she was extremely knowledgeable about the products. She wasn’t “ in your face”, told us where everything was and said she was available to answer any questions. Our type of advisor.

The service from the assistant was outstanding. Disappointed at the marks on the bases on the bed. Store only has one roll up mattress to lay on and try. Also realised that if I bought a higher quality base I could get 5% discount but nothing on the one I bought. Which shows a sale assistant has a price margin so I could have paid more than the next person. Hope the quality of the base is good enough to be on show.

Paul was extremely helpful. He took the time to understand our needs and situation and supported us in making an appropriate choice. He was friendly and professional throughout.

The assistant, who I think was the manager was able to inform us of,our options, listened very carefully to our specification, explained the payment options very clearly, was friendly though not over familiar, and made the whole experience a pleasant one. He brought us a drink and was very cheerful

As we entered the store we were greeted by Paul who was extremely friendly and attentive. He asked suitable questions in order to help guide me through the various options and products available continually asking questions to help narrow down the search. He suggested mattresses to try explaining the technology, design and benefits of each. Offered refreshments and answered all questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble. The ordering process was straight forward and he talked us through every step checking our understanding at each stage. My only small disappointment was the waiting time, originally delivery was a month but this extended to 2 due to upgrading to the smart tv which showed was then out of stock. I am happy to wait only would have been nice to have been here sooner or have the option of taking delivery of the bed and only waiting the extra time for the tv. However, Paul very kindly said he would keep and eye on the order and stock and if it comes into stock sooner he would look at bringing the delivering date forward. Overall we were very happy with the service and products shown to us. We would definitely recommend dreams and return. Thank you Paul
