Dreams

Well Here's the storey. We went to Dreams and Jane was really helpful and pointed out what we could have and how it all worked. Then we popped across to Bensons. There was no customers in that shop. There were however, two staff chatting and we were ignored! After walking about for a bit and making loud(ish) comments about not knowing how their range worked, I said to my daughter, if they are going to ignore us, then I will take my custom elsewhere, so we went straight back to Dreams and placed the order. My Daughter was delighted as the new mattress is the same as her old one (also a Dreams bed purchased 10 years ago from the Co-Op) and she was very reluctant to have a new bed. So now she is very happy and I will have even more difficulty getting her out of be in the mornings.

I have completed this survey once already. I found the whole experience great. there weren't any other customers in the shop so we were lucky to have undivided attention by Jane, who was lovely and went o a lot of trouble to explain the product we were interested in. ( we called in to Dreams then popped over to Bensons, where we were totally ignored by two staff. We were the only customers in here too, so no excuse really) we went straight back to Dreams and made our purchase immediately. My daughter was very happy, because she was able to get the same mattress that is on her existing bed (that is also a dreams bed , now 10 years old)

Firstly we only went into a Dreams store because we we phoned around to find a store that would accommodate our dog. Dean at Dreams was only too pleased to let us all visit. On arrival we were politely greeted and time was spent finding out our situation and helping us to narrow down our choices. We were given all the time we needed to try and compare all the options with no sales pressure. We returned a week later (again with our dog) to make our final decision. Again, nothing was too much trouble and Dean and his staff moved mattresses to different bases to simulate exactly how it would feel on our existing base. We now feel informed enough to be confident in our final choice and the comfort guarantee is extra reassurance. We cannot wait for our first night!

The sales colleague Dean was very helpful. He took a lot of time to help me place the order and gave some good information and advice. I don’t have the products yet but was very satisfied with the quality I saw on display.

Felt at ease not rushed at all.

We came into the store looking to buy a mattress and just have look around. We were greeted by a member of staff (Dean) and then we were asked what we were looking for and he then directed us to some of the beds that we needed and went through the discovery process with us. Once we narrowed down the mattress specifics (Brought us to two options) he then left us to decide on our own for a while and after dealing with another customer came back to us and processed our order. This was done in a swift and professional manner with a bit of witty banter. He even makes us some hot beverages afterwards and let us relax a bit longer in the bed that we decided to purchase. Overall it was a lovely experience and very informative especially as we were a bit nervous going in, but came out highly satisfied with the experience and very pleased with our purchases.

Customer service was excellent, did not feel rushed into making a decision. And resulted in finding the perfect bed

I visited your Plymouth branch on Tuesday in the evening, as soon as I entered the store Nikki asked if I needed any assistance and I asked lots of questions which Nikki helped me with. I found Nikki to be very helpful and courteous even asked if I’d like a drink! Nikki spent a lot of time with me and was so patient when I couldn’t decide which bed to go for even waiting for me to contact my husband. I greatly appreciated all her help & patients

The gentleman who served me at this store was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my questions and the time I took to try out various mattresses. He was not at all pushy, but gave just the right amount of help and assistance and I felt I was able to take my time looking for what I wanted. The actual buying of my mattress was quick and easy, delivery options very good. Everything was explained clearly to me.
