Excellent customer service from all members of staff, especially Dean our salesman.

The assistant was fantastic her name was Jane. She was polite gave us a coffee and did not push us . Very friendly and offered us great assistance .if she was nt like that it would of been unlikelyvwe would of returned to purchase the mattress but Jane was very nice and approachable.

We were highly satisfied as from start to finish of sale we were dealt with professionalism. Could not fault service. Polite, courteous a d very helpful in what we wanted. A* service.

it was our first time buying a mattress - we came into the store thinking where do we start and Dean the friendly assistant asked us easy questions (position we sleep/if we move around ect) and then encouraged us to demo with pillows it made it funner & more personal

Jane was very polite and accommodating. She greeted us on entering and was extremely knowledgable about the products she sold. She was accommodating with her time and very professional. Buying a new mattress is a huge undertaking and Jane was able to ensure that all the needs of the customer were taken into account when recommending the correct product. Overal an a,amazing experience which no other retailer could provide. Very pleased with the service

The sales assistant Nikki went the extra mile with customer service, a complete contrast to our visit to Benson beds before we went into Dreams. Her knowledge and understanding of the products and engagement with our specific needs was oùtstanding. A real asset to your store. Wish that level of service was more common.

Staff were very helpful and friendly knew what they were talking about shame we had to wait 4 weeks for delivery.
